Sustainability in early childhood education is an integral part of our curriculum and our everyday practice. Providing children with the foundations and knowledge, enables them to develop a sense of responsibility and to be active participants in the search for sustainability.

Sustainability is often thought about as reducing waste, minimising consumption and protecting and conserving wildlife and natural habitats. It can also be considered as being able to meet our current needs without infringing on the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Today’s children signify the first of those coming generations, and it's necessary for us to help them recognise the significance of protecting their environment.

At Kids Choice Granville we are committed to working towards a sustainable future for our Granville community. We lead by example and through the implementation of sustainable practices and continuous improvement in our service.
